00 INTRODUCTION
Lululemon Athletica Inc. is a self-described yoga-inspired athletic apparel company, which produces a clothing line and runs international clothing stores from its company base in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They make technical athletic apparel for yoga, running, dancing, and most other “sweaty pursuits.” Their slogan: “Creating components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives.”
The define and discovery phase helped create the vision for experience: Create deeper, more relevant, more actionable connections with guests, wherever they are. This also inspired the vision for content: Seamless, motivational content that intertwines brand and product and makes learning and shopping effortless. All delivered “wherever your guests are.”
The organizing idea for this account was defined as six guiding principles that our directors instilled throughout the process. Be Human. Be Guest-Centric. Be In-Motion. Be Generous. Be Purposeful. Be Everywhere.
